ComicTickets provides online ticketing and product marketing services to the comedy industry. However, all sales are the sole responsibility of the club or event promoter. Revenues generated are not under the control nor does ComicTickets.com have access to any of the funds at any point in the transaction. All transactions are completed under a secure server environment using merchant services recommended security proceedures. All transactions are conducted solely between the customer and the comedy club or event. ComicTickets simply provides an online programming service and receives a hosting fee and negotiated commission on sales in payment for the use of the facilities provided to comedy clubs and events.

ComedyTickets.com is NOT a ticket or merchandize seller in any jurisdiction and as such bears no repsonsibility for taxes, product delivery, refunds, defaults or failures by our clients beyond our control. Please contact the individual club or event promoter should you have concerns regarding your purchase.

ComedyTickets.com shall not be held liable for interuptions in service, loss of data, or other events beyond our control. While data is backed up daily ComicTickets.com cannot guarantee data against loss. Clubs and clients should generate a paper copy of transactions as often as possible to minumize the risk of data loss. However, club owned credit card merchant accounts can provide a secondary off-site transaction confirmation in the event of system failure.

All fees due ComicTickets.com are payable via credit card online through PayPal or other merchant transaction gateway weekly on Monday by 5pm CST. Failure to make payment will result in service suspension until payment is received.
